Starting a career in care is easy if you have the willingness to work and drive to caring for others. From helping with patients’ medication and general house chores that they can’t always do themselves, it’s not always about the qualifications you have, but the compassion and empathy to make those who need care feel comfortable and helped.
Chiswick is based in West London with easy access into central London. We are always looking for new experienced and non-experienced carers to join our team and help those in need around Chiswick.
Remember, if you need to reach out to us for any care enquiries or career questions then contact us here or give us a call right away on 03332075727.
What skills do I need?
If you’re looking to become a carer at Care24Seven in Chiswick or any other care agency in the area, you’ll need to speak good English. Speaking is the biggest form of communication for our patients and typically, they all speak English too.
Additionally, you’ll be working with vulnerable people so you’ll need empathy and to treat patients with dignity whilst maintaining a strict code of confidentiality when necessary.
It will also be essential that you can easily travel to Chiswick within an hour window so you can get to patients in a timely manner, especially if there is something that needs to be done urgently.
Will I be trained?
Yes of course, anybody who is starting a new job with us at Care24Seven will be trained and supported throughout the process.
