Care24seven offers all of our clients Active Support to arrange for non-care domestic services delivered at the Service User’s home.
Your care24seven Active Support manager can arrange tradesmen and services to come to your home. Everything from a gardener, to an NHS approved eye test, to a hairdresser. Our Service Users appreciate the way that we find suppliers, manage diaries, check and pay invoices on their behalf. Family members are grateful that little things, like changing to low cost, long life, LED light bulbs, can make a big difference to the quality of life of their loved ones without any complications.
Active Support services can be arranged to coincide with the visits of your care24seven carers if required.
We use tradesmen and women from trusted sources like checkatrade to ensure a fair price and a good service. We also use suppliers who have high trustpilot ratings and ideally whom we have used before.
The Active Support service is available Mon to Fri from 9am to 5pm.
It is provided by our sister company care serve plus ltd. Note that it is not designed to be used as an emergency service.
Active Support Service Charges
There is a charge of 25% (including vat) of the charge for the service to cover the cost of the Active Support manager. There is a minimum charge of £25 (inc VAT). We work hard to ensure that you get good value for money every time.
Any services that we arrange are charged weekly. Charges will appear the following week on a single itemised invoice along with your care 24 seven care at home charges.
